Recette du Pain au sarrasin à la machine à pain

Pour un pain de 500 grammes
Temps de préparation 10 minutes
Temps du programme 3h30

300 g de farine de froment (T55)
150 g de farine de sarrasin
270 ml d’eau
1 cuillère à café de sel
20 g de levure fraîche de boulanger
ou 2 cuillères à café de levure sèche (granulés)
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’huile d’olive

Au préalable, délayer dans deux ou trois cuillères à soupe d’eau tiède la levure fraîche ou en granulés.
Versez dans la cuve de la machine à pain les deux farines et la levure. Ajoutez ensuite les ingrédients dans l’ordre suivant : le sel, l’huile, les 270ml d’eau tiède.
Placez la cuve dans la machine à pain sélectionnez le programme "pain basique". Appuyez sur le bouton "marche/arrêt" de votre machine à pain.

    Cela me parait bizarre l’ordre des ingrédients ,les farines ,sel ,levure , eau en dernier alors

    que c’est tout le contraire les autres recettes , je vous en remercie de me donner la réponse .

    Je confirme, la recette est divine, il est parfait, succulent, pas trop amer, il n’émiette pas, un vrai bonheur !

    Par contre, moi j’ai mis la levure à la fin :-)

    I believe what you composed was very logical. However, consider this, what if you added a little content ?
